Have you ever lost a computer, TV or stereo due to an electrical spike, brown out, lightning strike or other electrical problem?

Believe me, I can relate. It has happened to me more than once. Frankly, I’m embarrassed to tell you how many times I was a victim of power problems before I learned how to protect my valuable electronics!

I’m a homeowner and a lover of today’s electronics. My favorite Saturday is spent wandering Best Buy or MicroCenter looking at all the newest stuff. (And, of course, pestering some unsuspecting salesperson with all kinds of questions.)

hdtvSo when I decide to purchase some new “toy”, I have a lot invested in it – in addition to the cost. I have searched through all the models and manufacturers, looked at all the specs, and picked out just the perfect thing for me!

And then, just when I least expect it, the lights dim, the power goes out, and my toy is gone!

OR – even more devastating – I have to spend one of my precious weekends reconstructing my entire hard drive from backups (that are usually incomplete!)

You know this is painful!

Being a naturally curious person, and one who doesn’t like to make the same mistakes more than once, I’ve educated myself (partly through those Q & A sessions at local stores) about how to protect myself and my precious toys from those things that are out of my control.

Fortunately for me (and now you), I found a way to prevent this particular mistake from ever happening again…

Take a look at the PowerDefender page above, and you’ll see the solution I found.
